We are able to supply dished
ends up to 4000mm diameter. These are in either 2:1 semi-ellipsoidal or 10%
torispherical shape. We can also offer shapes specifically designed by our
customers depending upon our tooling. All of our dished ends are manufactured in to either ASME VIII or PD5500 requirements. |
| We manufacture end caps in carbon and stainless and exotic alloy steels. We are specialists in making caps that are very thick (up to 150mm depending on diameter) for high pressure purposes. | |

| We supply hemispherical heads in either one piece or in segment and crown plate form. We specialise in very thick hemispheres at relatively small diameters but can offer up to approximately 3000mm diameter depending upon tooling. | |

Expansion Bellows are made in
pairs to form an Expansion Joint when welded together. We supply them with all edges bevelled ready for welding and we work to tight manufacturing tolerances so each pair is a perfect fit. |

| These are supplied with the longitudinal seam tack welded ready for our clients to fit and fully weld. | |
